Terms of Service

The terms below govern your access to and use of innkorp's website, registration services and vault.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This is a template provided for layout and is not legal advice. Review and finalise these terms with qualified counsel before launch.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using innkorp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

2. What innkorp provides

innkorp helps you register a business with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and stores the resulting documents in a secure vault you control. With your consent, you can share verified records with banks, fintechs and other services to onboard faster.

3. Your account

You verify your identity using a one-time code sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for keeping access to that contact secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Business registration

Registration outcomes and timelines depend on the CAC and on the accuracy and completeness of the details you submit. innkorp facilitates filings but does not guarantee approval where statutory requirements are not met. Government fees, where applicable, are billed separately and are not marked up.

5. Your vault, documents & consent

Documents in your vault belong to you. innkorp acts as a custodian of access, not an owner of your data. Records are only shared with a third party when you grant explicit, itemized consent, and you may review who has access and revoke it at any time.

6. Fees & payments

Fees for registration services are shown before you pay and are charged per the plan you select. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once a filing has been submitted on your behalf.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false information, infringing others' rights, attempting to access data you are not authorised to, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Data protection & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which also covers data ownership and consent. We aim to align with Nigeria's data-protection expectations (NDPR).

9. Third-party services & partners

When you choose to share records with a bank, fintech or other partner, your use of their services is governed by their own terms. innkorp is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties you grant access to.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, innkorp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Verification and registration outcomes depend on partner and regulatory requirements.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
